Our core services for expert coaching & professional learning fall into three categories.
1. Leadership Coaching
We provide tailored leadership coaching services designed to empower leaders to build amazing teams who accomplish positive outcomes. We coach school system leaders such as principals, district executives, and state education agency personnel; and we also coach business leaders in professional services organizations that serve the education sector. Our coaching programs are personalized to enhance leadership skills, promote effective decision-making, and drive measurable change within educational institutions.
2. Whole-System Improvement
We empower leaders to engage in thoughtful, well-designed approaches to improve their entire systems. We draw on effective practices from the fields of organizational development, implementation science, and school effectiveness to help our partners enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their teams and organizations. We provide coaching and resources to streamline processes, optimize resources, and promote continuous growth and development.
3. The Science of Reading
While our leadership coaching and whole-system improvement support can focus on any goal that our partners are working toward, we have special expertise in the Science of Reading and how to teach literacy effectively in grades Kindergarten through 5. We engage in projects that help our partners bridge the gap between research and practice so they can more effectively improve literacy outcomes. Our coaching and professional learning services are designed to enhance reading instruction, support educators, and ultimately boost student achievement.
